豬流行性腹瀉（PED）是由豬流行性腹瀉病毒（PEDV）引起的，以腹瀉為主要癥狀的急性腸道傳染病，是長期以來危害我國養(yǎng)豬業(yè)健康發(fā)展的常見疾病之一。PEDV通過基因插入、缺失和重組等方式不斷發(fā)生演化和變異，高致病力毒株、變異毒株不斷出現(xiàn)，各類毒株之間的抗原性存在明顯差異，導(dǎo)致臨床上豬腹瀉情況更加復(fù)雜。自2010年10月以來，由PEDV變異株引起的PED在我國大規(guī)模暴發(fā)流行，用經(jīng)典毒株制備疫苗的免疫效果并不理想，因而造成重大經(jīng)濟損失。本文綜述了PEDV在我國的流行現(xiàn)狀及分子遺傳演化特征，旨在為PED疫苗和診斷試劑研發(fā)提供參考。
Prevalence and Molecular Genetic Evolution of Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus in China
Porcine epidemic diarrhea（PED）is an acute intestinal infectious disease caused by porcine epidemic diarrhea virus（PEDV）with main symptom of diarrhea，and is listed as one of common diseases endangering healthy development of China's pig industry for a long time. As PEDV has been continuously evolving and mutating through gene insertion，deletion and recombination，highly pathogenic and mutated strains are continuously appearing，and the antigenicity among various strains is obviously different，leading to the more complicated status of diarrhea in practice. Since October 2010，the outbreak of PED caused by variant strain of PEDV has widely occurred in China，which has caused huge economic losses as the vaccine prepared with the classical strain failed to effectively work. In the paper，the prevalence and molecular genetic evolution of PEDV in China were reviewed，aiming to provide a reference for future research and development of vaccines and diagnostic reagents against the virus.
