駱駝朊病毒病是近來在北非地區(qū)發(fā)現(xiàn)的感染單峰駝的傳染性海綿狀腦病。發(fā)病駱駝年齡均在8歲以上，病程3~8個月，以行為異常、共濟失調(diào)、反應(yīng)過敏、不時倒地、站立困難為特征；在腦部特定區(qū)域出現(xiàn)海綿狀空泡病變，通過免疫組化和免疫印跡方法能夠檢測到朊病毒。世界動物衛(wèi)生組織（WOAH）暫未將該病判定為新發(fā)病。由于相關(guān)信息非常有限，本文僅對該病的起源、臨床癥狀、病理變化、病原特點、WOAH觀點、防控建議等進(jìn)行簡要介紹，以期引起我國動物疫病防控管理部門和相關(guān)從業(yè)人員的警惕。
Introduction to the Camel Prion Disease Identified Recently
Camel prion disease is an infectious spongiform encephalopathy identified in single-hump camels in North Africa in recent years. All infected camels are over 8 years old，with a course of 3-8 months，and the characteristics of abnormal behaviors，ataxia，anaphylaxis，occasional falls and difficulty in standing；spongy vacuolar lesions were observed in the specific area of brain，and prion could be detected by immunohistochemistry and western blotting，which has not been classified as an emerging disease by World Organization for Animal Health（WOAH）. In the paper，as relevant information was very limited，the origin，clinical symptoms，pathological changes，pathogenic characteristics，opinions proposed by WOAH and recommendations on prevention and control of the disease were introduced，with a view to alerting the authorities for animal disease prevention and control and relevant practitioners in China to the disease.
